They use cutting-edge technology to provide safe and quick delivery to consumers all throughout India, resulting in an exceptional customer experience. A big network, a large fleet of vehicles, professional management, a competent workforce and strategic collaborations ensure that the quality of their services is never compromised. The demand for an effective logistics solution has increased dramatically as e-commerce has grown, and here is where Trans Cargo India has made a difference.
“With complete control over the end-to-end process, we are working across the fleet and aggregation model. We make sure to maintain a check on the all-time low with the changing pricing rates of the B2B sector and RBI prices, thereby contributing to the operation of the firm. We specialise in bulk broken cargo and operate as clearing and forwarding agent that provides services throughout India. We care to keep track of the market indices, policy developments and trends in our research. Our business approach is geared to meet the needs of our customers and helps them expand faster,” Bindal informs.
The company is always motivated to present its best in the highly competitive industry. Trans Cargo India owns a fleet of over 874 vehicles that cover over 220 of India’s 300 express routes. “Our routes also comprise smart hubs that track the movement of the vehicles. For repairs and easy access to spares and consumables, we have partnered with 300 mechanic shops and over 200 retail stores along the routes. We have a dedicated group of drivers who receive ongoing training,” discloses Bindal.
Growing Amid the Pandemic
Every e-commerce sector necessitates a robust logistical infrastructure. During the current crisis, except for the e-commerce industry, the pandemic has affected practically every type of business. It is critical to remain focused on the services provided by the company. Several obstacles arose as a result of the pandemic, particularly for small and medium-sized firms. Trans Cargo India has been working to stay in tune with the changes since its inception. “We worked with companies looking to find a solution for the last mile as businesses were forced to evaluate their needs as a result of the pandemic and eventually work on expansion. They did, however, focus on understanding the requirements and, finally, bringing about growth. The logistics sector will grow in tandem with the e-commerce sector and Trans Cargo India is doing quite well in catering to their demands,” Bindal states.
In the transportation sector, services are judged on the basis of quality of delivery. Trans Cargo India takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of each shipment. Elaborates Bindal: “Our network is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to verify that everything is in order. We transport all valuables right till our customers’ doors. Our team ensures that each package is delivered to the correct location. Perishable commodities are given extra attention. Our clients have put their trust in us time and time again because of our time-bound service. Our entire team shares the same enthusiasm and drive to achieve a single goal.”
“We have a strong value system and work in a disciplined manner. We have a proven track record of successfully managing numerous projects that add value to the company,” he adds. In the last five years, Trans Cargo India has grown at a 35 per cent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) and has ambitious growth aspirations. Amazon, Flipkart, Blue Dart, Delhivery and others are among its top clients. To fund its expansion, it plans to raise USD 35 million in equity. “The goal is to increase the present fleet of 874 trucks to over 2,000, allowing the company to reach every corner of the country,” Bindal says.
“In the logistics sector, radio frequency will assist to improve visibility among stores, which will eventually lead to a better customer experience. It will aid in the preservation of traceability and transparency. Furthermore, this strategy will focus on establishing long-term viability and trust, potentially disrupting the e-commerce industry. This is being used by a number of businesses,” he adds. Another trend in this sector is the increasing dependence on the Internet of Things (IoT) that will be critical in breaking down supply value channels and increasing operational efficiency.
As regards this development, Bindal states, “It will help to provide real-time updates, which will provide significant long-term benefits, particularly in terms of end-to-end visibility. Robotics automation and artificial intelligence (AI) will assist in reducing the danger of repetitive jobs. It will also aid in improving the efficiency with which vital activities are handled. In order to further optimise the total business demand, data analytics will play a vital role. As a result, one of the most important parts of logistics is transportation. While scheduling routes and managing real data traffic, data analysis process will eventually assist in lowering the carbon footprint.”
